Abstrak

The Harapan Jadi Women Farmer Group (KWT) is one of the farmer groups in Umbu Pabal Selatan Village, Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat District, Central Sumba Regency. This group carries out agricultural activities, especially in the field of horticulture. The problems they face are the lack of information about good planting media and good equations. This community service activity aims to introduce and manufacture planting media for making nurseries. Implement activities in Umbu Pabal Selatan Village, Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat District, Central Sumba Regency. The method of activities carried out is in the form of site surveys, socialization and practice. The results of this activity were followed by 15 members of the group and other communities. The actions of making planting media and seedling media can be understood through socialization carried out and practiced directly. In addition, plant nurseries are also carried out using plant media and seedling media that have been made. Based on the results of the interviews, group members are delighted because they can get new information about farming.
